The national maps of Switzerland 1:25,000, 1:10, 000, 1:500,000 and 1:1 million \\r
Swiss Map Mobile brings the Swiss national maps 1:25 000, 1:100 000, 1:500 000 and 1:1 million to your mobile phone. The most important functions: seamless zooming, change of scale, positioning (GPS) including Moving Map, and recording of waypoints and routes. \\r
The application includes an initial asset of half a map sheet to allow testing out Swiss Map from anywhere with real map material and the complete range of functions. You can obtain additional map sections from within the application. More information on Swiss Map Mobile can be gathered directly from swisstopo. \\r
Note: The application loads the map tiles from a server through the internet and thus requires an internet connection. The connection can be established through WLAN or the mobile net. Downloaded tiles remain on the device as long as the application is not uninstalled.
